Atlas of Illumination: Play OSR Modules Solo

Atlas of Illumination isn’t a full game, but an add-on for your favorite old-school RPG system that allows you to play modules solo in a satisfying way. The Atlas itself is a magical item gifted to your party, granting them access to all the knowledge within the module you’re playing. This means your party knows everything you know, eliminating the conflict between player knowledge and character knowledge. It  introduces a unique form of play where you can cleverly navigate dungeons, minimizing danger and maximizing treasure.

However, this power comes at a steep cost... The more you rely on the Atlas, the more likely your party is to attract the wrath of “The Diem,” a mysterious and omnipresent force of vengeance. With more than 20 unpredictable curses—ranging from frog-ification to teleporting arms—you'll need to play at the best of your ability to succeed.

This booklet includes a short prologue story, general tips for solo OSR play, links to free content, a Wrath system, a huge list of curses, minor tweaks to combat and XP systems, ideas for adjusting your game, and a rules summary.
